Analysis of Flying Capacitor Boost Converter

چکیده

This paper analyzes the working principle of flying capacitor boost converter and its different variants such as synchronous n-level converter. The circuit diagram analysis waveforms have been provided. Voltage conversion ratio converters lower voltage (VCR), higher stress, low efficiency at duty cycle levels are primary limitations device. Magnetic coupling components employed to VCR, but rating is reduced a result. leakage current stored in magnetic component causes unwanted spikes occur switches result current. For purpose addressing these difficulties, several active passive clamping employed. Three-level an excellent alternative conventional converters, they number disadvantages that must be considered before using them.
